Exceptional Professional Agents - I have been renting through Hughes for over 2 years and have been very happy with the professionalism and accurate description given and services and responses received. I have had inspections every 6 months and all certificates are constantly up to date. I've never felt I've been ripped off or ignored and disregarded - (as I have heard from colleagues about other agents and how they have made them feel. ) I consider as a professional working Person myself, I am in the hands of Professionals who make sure the homes they have on offer for rental give you the feeling of walking into a, loving home where you feel safe and want to make it your home, something every normal human with compassion wants to feel in their home. The only problem I have ever encountered with Hughes was through a short lived member of staff called Rosie who I found to be a complete ignorant unfeeling woman full of self importance who spoke down to people and showed just how unprofessional and basically uneducated and ignorant she was, which in turn was casting a Very bad light on Hughes so I was very relieved when I heard she had gone!!! and the normal Happy friendly service resumed. Thankyou!!! would highly recommend Hughes to Landlords and tenants alike as a caring honest agent.
